My Review of Gerber Small Newborn Primary Dot Onesie - fits about 4-8 lbs

Hope that everyone had a wonderful New Year and that it will be a blessed and prosperous one for each and everyone! I decided to do something different to bring the New Year in, work on babies! They say how you end the year is how the year will be. Kinda believe that, been feeling a little like Hughe Hefner. Spent a lotta time in my PJ's last year...so I wanted to do it different this time.

Formally introducing little Jameelah! She made her debute at midnight January 1, 2011 weighing in at 3 lbs. 2 ozs. and 17 inches long. Her name means beautiful and that she is!

Yes, ALL done, VERY photogenic I am so pleased with her! She already has an interested mommy!!!! Yeahhhh! She is just adorable and has had numerous comments as to how life-like she looks in person. I like her scuplt so much...hummm, might have to order another kit! LOL

I have to thank my niece and nephew for being so sweet to let me use their hands for modeling!! LOL I forgot, the gloved one is my hand!

I just love ordering tiny things for my tiny babies from The Preemie Store!

Very well constructed!

Fit: Feels true to size
Pros: Cute, Lightweight, Colorful, Soft, Durable
Best Uses: Preemies
Was this a gift?: No
I periodically order preemie clothing from here because I do some 24 week "reborn" preemies. The Preemie Store offers a very nice supply of those very little things (like hats, booties, hand mitts and onsies) that you just can't run out to the store and buy. They are just too tediously tiny to make and your prices are right on time!
Little Lex is coming along and I will be posting pics of him soon!

Well baby has a name...meet

Jameelah!

She's not finished yet, so she will definitely be a New Year baby! I have to glue in her hair and fine tune a few things but I think that she came out wonderful! I still have to put her all together, but I needed to take photos of her so she's just kinda together. LOL I just love doing these tiny ones, I don't know why but it's just something about them. Her hair is gorgeous! I didn't go wrong getting her hair from TNGN (Deb) it's the color I want and just as soft as it can be! I love the fact that she lets you know what clip and what the name of the goat is and if the hair is kid or yearling. I even like how she prepares it, you know the cut end without a doubt. Anyway enough jabbering.

tried a little hair painting for the baby fine hair
added spit bubbles, removed the one on the far left, a little over-kill
we've got beautiful hair!
This one was taken with my cellphone so it's a little blurry

Ohhh, ohhh Cameron named Jamie is now living in England with his new mommy and nani, this is some of what she had to say:
:) we are all very happy amazed with Jamie he's amazing feels real, looks real you did a brilliant job !! My daughter very pleased with him we all are. Me and my daughter cried lol so thank you very much
After seeing someone on FB, she is also interested in can you guess? Yes, Jameelah as Jamie's baby sister, so much for the update, well I've got to get back to work!

Update on "Anna" by Pat Moulton sculpt

With the holidays coming so soon again, I had to do something to keep my mind from running. So I have kept busy. "Anna" is coming along beautifully. I love her coloring and just adore her tinyness! Did I say I love doing preemies? She has had so many ultra thin layers (I actually lost count) of GHSP to achieve her very life-like coloring it's like she really is coming alive. Her little tummy plate is da bomb! I am so looking forward to getting her hair from TNGUN and getting her rooted! That is once I finish her beautiful baby skin tones. I don't think she'll have a Christmas birthday that's for sure.
I am leaning towards Leila  for her name, but I just want to let it simmer before I really decide. She has such delicate features like a little rose petal. She's still up for a few more layers and a very special name search! I almost want to keep her for myself! LOL So here's anothet peak.

Ohhhh and my "Lex" baby by Natali Blick (Doll Dreams) is coming along well too.
Here's what his sculpt looks like, of course, mine doesn't have eyes yet. LOL

His caucasian skin tones are finally evolving so I'll have pictures of him soon! He's just the cutest sculpt. Don't want him feeling slighted, because he really is! I love how you see just a little bit of his tongue, it gives him such personality. Since I finished my guitar lessons until February, I have no excuse! Look for more updates on Lex soon too!
