3 Beautiful angels and more!

 

 

Here are some of the most beautiful angels in the world! They truly have the cuddle factor! Here's the highlights on these girls!

 

Abra (Jolina) sculpted by Manuela Muth has Designeraugen glass eyes (black/blue) that are just awesome with her hand applied eyelashes! She has 3/4 limbs and is 19 inches long (knees bent). She's breather and was  micro-rooted with some fabulous "Dark Neutral" brown baby soft hair from TNGUN. She has her ears pierced has veining and a wonderful baby scent. She weighs  3 lbs. 11 ozs. and the sweetest angel this side of Heaven!

Pressli Dawn was Cecilia sculpted by Sheila Michael is just a beautiful newborn! Gorgeous LDC Designer glass eyes (antique Grey) just sparkle with her hand applied light brown eyelashes to accent! She's a breather, with micro-rooted wispy "Medium brown" hair from "Slumberland Nursery". She has little baby scratches on her nose and cheek, so her nails were just trimmed! With 3/4 limbs she is 18 inches long (knees bent) and her ears are pierced. She has the cutest (non-popping) spit bubbles  and a wonderful baby scent She weighs 4 lbs. 5 ozs. and truly one that is angel sweet!

Chane' l was Madeleine sculpted by Birgit Gutzwiller has gorgeous honey brown textured skin, closed eyes, 18 inches long, 3/4 limbs, a breather, Micro-rooted with gorgeous Dark brown / black mohair baby soft hair from TNGUN head and hand rooted eyelashes, ears are pierced, and her nails have that just trimmed look. She has (non-popping) spit bubbles! Along with veining and textured skin! She weighs 4 lbs 2 ozs. with baby scent! She is truly a little angel that anyone can love! All babies have Bountyful Baby doe suede bodies! They are now on my website and available for adoption! I've had so many inquires about them, I just stopped their portfolios and did a collage of what was done just to get them on there! LOL

On a sad note, I am going to redo poor little Felicia just one more time I just cannot make myself like her skin tones, I tried but no matter what I am told, just can't (Type A/B personality for sure). ON an upbeat note...I just love how her hair turned out. I don't want mess it up either! She became a headache when the air dry paints that she was done in (initially beautifully I might add) refused to stick/cure, so it's been a losing battle to get back to the skin tone like it was with them.  Hummm, she looks even worse to me in this picture, UGGGGGGHHHHHhhhh, it's truly a done deal! REDO cause she despirately needs a home with a forever mommy!!! (not funny)

 I also started in on 1st Peep by Charlotte Parry as an AA baby. I've been waiting to do her for like forever! I think that she's gonna be adorable!!!

Getting busy

I got another guitar...still don't know how to play very well lol but I like it a lot! Still taking lessons and each time I learn a little more. Not bad for my age! It's a Ibanez V70CE Acoustic-Electric Guitar in transparent blue. Just gorgeous! Even though it's brand new I had new strings put on, because they don't hurt my fingers as bad. Ohhh, it's a Christmas present to myself. Now I have 3 guitars! My Fender, that I bought last year as my BD present to myself and my very oooooold (probably older than you) unknown maker except that it is Japanese made guitar.

 

 

Happy days!!! I am not big on politics and have to admit that I am glad that all of the election hoopla is over for the most part. I was not happy about the phone calls on my land line or cellphone, a major turn off, but not a voting deterent by any means. So that's my take on that!!!

I am starting on my next 2 babies from DD's, Jolina by Manuela Muth with open eyes is about 18 - 19 inches long.

 

 I am going to do this one as caucasian and Madeleine by Birgit Gutzwiller with closed eyes is going to be AA and 20 inches long.

They've had their baths and I just have to decide which skin tones I want to go with! LOL I am sure I am leaning towards a honey color for Madeleine, but if I can get darker...who knows! I am doing some experimenting with a different type of thinner so it's going to be interesting. I am definitely going to root with my dark brown from TNGUN and leaning towards brown from Slumberland Nursery for the other. I love these little faces and I know that they are going to be just too adorable!

YES, YES, YES!!! I can finally say a few things! LOL

I am happy to say that I worked up the nerve and finally posting my art(?) LOLROTF Now mind you although I am having fun, they (my classmates) tried consoling me and saying...

that they all start out ugly before they get better. Hummmm, I think that they were just trying to make me feel better!!! Can you say U-G-L-Y? This is better looking now, but I have to take a new shot, at first I thought "that ain't gonna happen"! So, I started thinking about rooting. Always looks pretty raggedy, but in the end, well you know! I think I like doin babies much better, With that being said, I am going to let you suffer with this a day or so, then shock you, if that hasn't already happened! lol

This is the other that I am starting on and really can't wait to see how I am going to paint the Llama's coat in and no, it's not a donkey! :o) And the guy is feeding him or her grass from his mouth. I think that I will start this one next session!

I can FINALLY say that I BIT THE BULLET!!!! I put Keanu on eBay! I am hopefully pessimistic that he will find a new mommy! Please make sure to cheer him on!

It's a Boy (almost)!

Keanu Reeves is one of my all time favorite actors, did I forget to say "Hunk", and for some reason this Jannik sculpt put me in mind of him (if he was finished; tight and bright dark eyes, fair skin, full lips, dark hair and a very happy baby). He has gorgeous Lebanese features:

This is what I feel like one of his children might look with a little of mom and a lot of dad, my opinion I know, even if he doesn't put you in the moment and it's just my little vision, I like the idea of a little Keanu, let's meet him. If you are shy or easily shocked don't stare too long, cause it's a BOY! :


The Beginning...I have taken his "progress photos" with my new D 3000 Nikon :


The sculpt is Jannik by Master Artist Birgit Gutzwiller from Little Dolldreams Collection, his facial features looked so alert and screamed B-O-Y. I am reborning him using LDC permanent air dry paints. I switched his original limbs and added Sheila Michael's anatomically correct torso because it seemed that it was made for him. It has happy hands (full limbs) that look like they might say "I just want to touch everything".

Here he has had his first few layers...he will have 20mm eyes in Oriental brown (because he would have his father's beautiful dark eyes wouldn't he?)

Now he's got more coloring, he has human hair eyelashes and I have put in his eyes. I shot this yesterday right before it started getting dark outdoors and the next one outdoors from today).

His Binky is now functional, so he's very happy. Gotta do his nails and eyebrows!

All done with his nails, got them sealed off to do his eyebrows while his nails dry. This is an outdoor shot today, oddly enough it was very overcast. Thank God that I got this one right before it started to sprinkle. We've been getting a lot of rain the last few days!

Update:

He's got the sweetest little dimples...the cutest little tongue and I think that he's trying to teeth! I have to do his creases and little fat folds. Then I will start on his hair. I decided to use the natural black Alpaca  (it's beautiful just like his virtual dad's hair) on him too, it's just sooo soft. I can't wait to see the contrast with his skin tone.


So this is skinny of what I have been doing for the last few days. I told you I was getting back into my groove! LOL Well, brought you up-to-speed on little Keanu! He will have his own page like little Jack with the rest of his progress so stay tuned!  Now that I've got him started, I'll need to get started on little "Jack".
